Leningrad is not a city in Sankt Petersburg. Leningrad Oblast and Saint Petersburg are separate, even if one is "inside" the other on a map.

Moskau is the German spelling - should be Moscow. Also, Musco is not in Moskau Oblast.

I mass imported information from world-gazetteer.com. Moskau is listed in one of the alternate spellings. Changing around specific ID#'s manually is a bit tedious so I probably won't fix it unless someone from Russia specifically wants this since there are other wide-spread issues in the place list that I need fix via a better mass import or a better source.
